Every remodel starts with an on-site consultation and inspection, so the proposal you sign reflects the pool in front of us rather than a generic package. From there it covers what the pool actually needs: resurfacing, tile replacement, coping upgrades, water feature additions, deck repair or replacement, LED lighting, custom spas, energy-efficient equipment and computer controls you can run from your phone. Financing is available if you want to spread the cost.
What's in the scope
Resurfacing, tile replacement and coping upgrades cover the surfaces you touch. Deck repair or replacement, water features and LED lighting cover the space around the pool. Custom spas, energy-efficient equipment and smart-device automation cover the parts most homeowners never see until something in them needs replacing.

Real numbers
What a remodel costs, and how long it takes.
Pool plastering runs $6,000 to $16,000. A complete remodel covering plaster, tile, coping, deck and water features runs $30,000 to $90,000, depending on the plaster you choose, the size of the pool and the scope of the work. Financing is available if you want to spread it out.
